I called Remorquage? Rapide to service my vehicle. They told me they needed my credit card to guarantee no cancellation and that they would charge a certain amount and I would need to pay another fee when then arrived. I was told the towtruck driver would contact me on my phone on his arrival. After an hour no one arrived or called so I called back and there is music playing on the phone and no one answered. I called back again and finally got through I was put on hold and left there. I called back and again put on hold. I called back and told the person that I did not want to be put on hold and that I have been waiting and nobody showed up or called and that I have been calling and being put on hold and left waiting and that if that happened again I would go to their office with the police as this was not the way to do business with people. I was then told that the tow truck broke down. I then cancelled my call and told them that I was calling another towing company and cancelled my credit card. When I went on their website I found that they are rated 4.7, however there are several that rated them one star and have had the same experience with this company. I was even told that they can never be found as they don't exist. This leaves me to believe the ratings they have on there website are false also. I am very concerned that someone they will leave someone stranded along the roadside in freezing temperatures. I was lucky as I was near a place that I could wait inside.
