I’ve been hit three time in the last two weeks from answering a job ad for remote work. All three times after using an source like indeed they all use what’s app it’s like an algorithm when you get to the top the first day you will gain some money they use MetaMask to pay out so here’s where they get you the next level your short points so in order to get paid the bigger money you have to invest as you go up they have all your information on the MetaMask they take what they pay you and what you invest

That phone number sent me a text to offer remote work, said it’s a paid ad through Indeed. It kept asking me to click on links to join a zoom call. When I typed in the phone number, I noticed it was reported a scam. The text conversation seemed off (thought it was AI). It’s probably a person/people from another country. I blocked th number.

Messaged me trying to set up an interview for a remote position but wanting me to click on links which I never trust, so I searched the phone number to find out it’s a scam.

I received a message on indeed that immediately looked too good to be true as they wanted to offer the job immediately. I ignored the message. Then today I received this text message

“ INDEED JOB INVITE/ CARIBBEAN COURIER

Remote Job: Administrative-Data Assistant

Hello my name and warm greetings to you. My name is Cabrera D. Martin and I hope your day is going as well as expected. This message is regarding a job offer for a Remote Data Specialist job.

After accepting your Indeed Job Application Response and looking through your resume. Your profile fits our candidate search requirements.

We want to discuss further with you about the job opening at your earliest convenience. [ If you are currently open for work ].

Please confirm how flexible your schedules are for today & also when would be a good time to have your job briefing session.

Before your interview schedules, I’ll shed light on this job opportunity. Please note in this position you'll be trained upon entry. Also, the hiring company in question is Caribbean Couriers, Inc. and the starting pay rate is 35.50 hourly. “

I was about to reply back before I decided to check their website and verify they are real as I’ve been seeing so many more scam jobs on indeed, not the first I’ve ran into.

This is definitely a scam
