Upon my contact I was informed the remote ships 9/11/2023 and I should receive it by 9/26/2023. In October I canceled the order as I never received anything, Jennifer informed me that the remote is still on back order as they are still making it. This sounds phony, I once again canceled it now in the month of October. This product was charged on 8/26/2023 and I contacted my credit card company today to find I out that the remote was charged on the date ordered. It was never sent, only advised that it is out of stock, and they must make them. The charge is non-refundable, non-returnable. My bank is attempting to help me and I must call again in a week to start a 60 day investigation, but no promises.
