Signed up for a $10k grant class in October 2022 that was suppose to last 8 weeks. Class was never completed due to the Business Owner having multiple personal issues and the amount was never refunded. The business owner also was contracted to be a business coach and gave basic information for initial few weeks of class and supposedly had multiple issues using zoom where class could not be completed. This was before she did not provide service for over a month due to more personal reasons. She then emailed amount being out but still was did not communicate as she stated she would for upcoming classes. She did not provide a business plan or a grant letter that she stated would be provided. She also did not place consulting fee towards any services purchased.
