Reached out through Groupon to have air ducts cleaned, purchased the Groupon voucher and scheduled a time for a technician to come out. The technician arrived late, said that I have more than 1 main airduct and that the cost would be triple of what the Groupon was. I live in a small townhome, there is only 1 main airduct. I called the number on the voucher and they said we will issue a refund that was 3/21. I did not received, called back on 3/31 and said they would have to speak with managers and get back to me. They never did. Called again 4/4 and they said they would not issue the refund, for inspection. The Groupon was for the service? They admitted to not performing the service but refused to return my money. This is a scam out of peoples hard earned money without it being disclosed on their agreements.
