I ordered multiple pieces of clothing through this company that mirrored the Comfort Hoodie company. I paid for the items and received an email confirmation stating on 11/2 that I would receive the clothes within 2-5 days after processing. After multiple days and tracking my package I filed a complaint because they claimed the package was delivered but could not confirm the location with the carrier and offered to resend the package on 12/8. The second “delivery” also showed deliver but never arrived. When I asked for a refund they claimed they could only refund 70% of the cost.

They posed as a website I've ordered from many times on a Snapchat ad as a sale for that particular company.
