My husband and I went to this car dealership and test drove this car and went through the process of purchasing this car and while asking what all the total amounts were for the car it was a Toyota Corolla 2015 the salesman quoted us a number of about 11,000 and a little closer to $12,000 in total out the door with payments we signed all of the paperwork we called an insurance company and they had us purchase insurance for the car and the total of $300 they took our down payment which was a total of I believe $1300 and processed all of our cards and took our cash and then at the end of everything before we walked out the door with the keys to our car after signing all of the paperwork another lady who did not deal with us at all during the whole car purchasing time comes out and tells us that the car is actually going to cost closer to $22,000 out the door without having any of this in the paperwork without having any of thisPrior discussed with us and she expect us to be OK and take the car after them trying to tell us that it is now double what the original salesman quoted us and was very rude with us after we declined and was only able to give back the deposit money of 1300 and we lost $300 to the insurance company because they had already taken payment.
