I applied for an apartment and got no response after personal info and payment was made. No credit check was made until after 35 days after I called email and texted numerous times regarding my refund for service not provided. Even after looking at other reviews online today everyone seems to say the same thing. They are unprofessional, slow, lacking communication skills and professional scammers. I want anyone to know who may consider 93 Richards as their home like I did to stay far away! Lesson learned I will always look at reviews as if I did, I would not have lost my $100 as I would of knew they were scammer here at 93 Richards LLC & KGP Management.
