On.Sept 3 i was in contact via messenger to apply for rental assistance. I was denied due to having already filed a 2023 tax return so they told me to try someone whom hadnt filed yet so i used my sons info as we reside together already. His ss number,id, birthcerticate, past w2s and also bank account info has been given to these people in hopes of some rental assistance. After nearly 2 months of back and forth conversations via messenger and (then once i reported them through messenger) text message from a Vermont number, we are no further in their process. I have never physically spoke to anyone after multiple attempts of calling them. I have submitted a complaint through the office of the inspector general and i am waiting on a response.
