Was on Tallahassee florida apartment sublease rentals roommates housing fsu group o. Facebook and ricardo ****** message me on fb messenger said had 2 bedroom 2 bath house for rent 800 month 300 deposit so did application 65 application fee got email from ****** rental saying was approved lease agreement application approved on 9-10-24 landlord berkshire A. ***** WE sent ricardo ****** 300 dollars with my boyfriend chime account kept changing plans said couldn't find us then found out said property at **** ******** ** Tallahassee is gor sale ricardo ****** not realtor of said property informed ricsrdo wanted 365.00 refund agree one time never did it told bf no refund need different house rent he is continues scam people out there money please help us stop ricardo ****** from scam more and more innocent people like us we just want and need plsce call hone soon gonna be homeless help get outr money back
