I found a house for rent on radrenters.com , it was too good to pass up on , so i emailed the site asking for a tour on the property. The person who emailed me back is named Rhonda Cole. she said she is renting out her house because she got a transfer to another state and won't be living in her house. she said she was going to just sell it but decided to rent it out instead. 2 BR house for $850 a month. with a security deposit of $850 as well so a total of $1700 to move in. she sent me a renters application via email. and i filled it out sent it back. I didn't have the $1700 to put down so i went to the bank to get a personal loan. i let Rhonda know through text message i have been approved for the loan. she said congratulations i have been approved to rent her house after going over the renter's application. and she sent me a renters lease to sign and send back. so i did. and then she told me she will send me a paper copy of the lease signed by her and myself. and i needed to transfer the $1700 with a bank transfer and then she would send me the keys. I told her i made an appointment to talk to the loan officer about the transfer because i didn't feel comfortable about doing it myself, considering i have never done one before. after i texted her about her having contact with my loan officer, i have not heard back from her. i have left a few messages via text. i tried to call the number i was texting and i was sent to a google voice mail. it was strange , so i started thinking maybe this is a scam. so i mentioned to her if this is a scam i will be taking action and letting people know the site is a scam. i still haven't heard back from her. she did not get money from me but would have if i didn't have to go through the bank. I am upset about this and think people should be aware of this scam site before loosing their money .
