Scan was for an $800 home rental in Charlotte. At the onset of contact the “seller” asked for my phone number and then provided a link. I added the practical for scam and asked 2 questions about the property. To verify if one of the bathrooms was a full bath or a 1/4 bath and second, if it has a backyard. The “seller” couldn’t answer. Started to bully me the became verbally abusive. Also, the “seller” doesn’t have a full fledged profile and was only started in 2025.

These people at Kingston property are scam artist. I put down a deposit for a place to hold, went to look at it and it smelled of mold, the stove didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, hot water didn’t work and they are trying to keep my deposit
