I was looking to reserve a car to go see my grandma in the hospital 7hrs away on Mother’s Day. I booked a suv though the Carla app and they took $19 then $72 for the reservation from my card. They then sent me an email about picking the car up from Avis at 5pm. I went to pick up the car and the Avis was closed. I came back the next morning and they said they knew nothing of my reservation. This totally nest up my entire weekend and trip! I want all my money refunded to my original form of payment ASAP! They agreed to give me a refund but they proceeded to take extra money out of my account! This company is a fraud and should be sued and shut down immediately!

I was supposed to rent a car threw them. I wasn’t able to get the rental car due to the policy of the car company that I booked the rental car. I let them know that I couldn’t get the rental due to the policy of the car company & they will not give my money back they are trying to give me credits. After me explaining to them serval times, that I can’t get one due to my age & not having a flight. They still will not give me my money back.
