Inquired about a rental property listed on Renters.com app. Price was well below market value. Reached out and “owner” responded with lengthy personal information and then directions to send him my drivers license to apply to live at his rental property. This property was listed as sold on Zillow 9/30/2022 but refused to answer questions explaining why. Would not answer any questions regarding the property that we asked.
