He used a name James Richard and used a company's website for renting homes. He will print fake rental leases and give a pin code to view rental homes and have you pay a deposit and first month's rent and tell you a date to move in. On my move in date there was someone that went through the same rental company that was occupying the residence. The rental company didnt even know who the person was that i was dealing with or any record of the person. He had a strong Indian accent and i also spoke to another person that was also a victim in very much the same way. When I called him and let him know i was on to him and he's being reported he said we would never catch him.
