Replika is an app - I joined at a discounted "first timers" rate and immediately recognized the app was not of use, but when I looked for options to cancel my subscription, there wasn't a clear way to do so. So I reached out to "customer service" to cancel but no response. I continued to get charged for the app and when I reached out for refund and again to cancel the app, I was only informed there were no refunds. I asked again, to please cancel account and no response was given.
