During this process, Kevin C persuaded me to participate in a purported “rebate” program, promising I would receive half of my money back. He stated he would email the necessary paperwork that same day. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I have yet to receive any documentation or communication from him. He also promised to provide further information by Friday, January 10, 2025, but again failed to do so.
Upon closer review of his Yelp profile, I discovered it lacked any legitimate business address or customer reviews—details I overlooked when I initially believed I was dealing with a reputable company. Given my experience and Kevin C’s unresponsiveness, I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of this operation. I urge potential customers to exercise caution and verify licensing and credentials thoroughly before hiring this individual or any similarly unverified provider.
