I paid for a VIN car history report in August. They have continued to charge my credit card each month since then. I have called each month asking them to take off the charges and stop charging me. I have disputed it with my credit card company. I called on 11/22 and they said their network is down and they can't take off the charges this time. I need to call back in a few days. I have been charged anywhere from $1.00 to $25.00. They do not have the authority to continue using my credit card information. I have not authorized any payments.
