Tried to buy an exotic animal that was only supposed to be 360.99 they said was for the animal and shipping. Then told us we needed to pay 400.00$ for a specialized crate for the animal to ensure its safety on the flight that was supposed to be refundable

They wanted us to then pay for a pet insurance license to ensure its safety once again and we declined so now the animal is stuck at an airport in a tiny container without food and water. We asked for a refund for at least the crate they said is refundable and they are refusing. They told us the refund will go to the "pet department" at the airport.
