I bought three mugs from this seller. One was defective. I wrote to their web site and was referred from there to their "friendly" help center. I followed their directions and sent a picture of the damaged item and asked that they either replace the item or refund my money. I had no response so I re-sent the information. Still no response. I tried a third time with no response. I tried calling the phone number associated with the website and received a message that the number was no longer in service. Although the mug is not stamped with a country of origin, as I believe is required, I do believe this came from China. I have done all I know to do to resolve this matter. I simply cannot get any kind of response from the company.

I ordered three mugs from this company on September 7, 2020. One was damaged. I took a picture of it, as their web site directs, and sent the information to their "friendly" help center. That "friendly" help center indicated, every time, that my session had timed out. I resent the picture and my request twice more, requesting that the item be replaced or my money refunded. I have never had one word in response. I have called the phone number given, and I get a message that the number is not in service. I believe the operation has probably made its money and closed down. The mug does not give a country of origin, but I am certain it has come from China.
