Our firm hired reputationmanagement.net to help us manage our GlassDoor page. As part of their sales pitch, they indicated they would have some negative reviews that were slanderous taken down. After 10 months, none of our negative reviews have been taken down and we have received spam 5-star reviews that use offensive names, such as "plantation worker". When attempted to course correct with the company, they became very aggressive and flat-out refused to address any of our concerns and/or work with us to address them.
