So called company Form-Filing reaches out by obtaining email addresses illegally and 'reminding' the target to file the BOI reporting with urgency, emphasizing the large fees in not completed in time. The link provided does not refer to the US government site, but to a form in which they capture all private and business information, including copies of driver licenses. Requests to cancel the transactions are ignored until they complete the filing in your name. Thereafter they refer to their so-called T&C that cancellations are not accepted after filing, ignoring that they waited to file for 48 hours after cancellation request.
