I am Director of a non-profit, the Northern California Quilt Council. "Jack Louise" took my email address and scammed the NCQC roster, asking the recipient if they wanted to participate in a secret reward program to reward members for their service. "Can you help and keep a secret"? I wrote him back and pretended to be interested. He responded that for $199 he could provide "Contact Name (with 1st name and last name), Emails, Company Name, URL/Website, Phone No, Job Title/Designation, Address" to 1,000+ members of NCQC (there are 356 members). The NCQC site lists names and contact addresses for certain members which is how he got my name/address. He continues with follow up emails.
