The website posed as JetBlue reservations customer service. My husband called the number from the website he searched up. He was under the impression that the information that was returned from his initial search was legitimate. Speaking to the rep on the phone seemed a bit odd but he was able to see our reservation information. When we received an email to confirm charges for a flight change, that’s when I was sure it was a scam. We immediately put a lock on our card. Called the bank and cancelled the card. The scammers called back from a number using our area code but hung up. Then immediately called back using a 1-800 number. He tried to claim that all the flights were being cancelled and that we needed to rebook our flight we wanted. We said no thank you and hung up. The company name was “The Reservation Centre LLC”. I have since deleted the email communication completely. Otherwise I would share images of that.
