The scammer stated they were the direct booking line for Put In Bay Resort and Conference Center; however, they are actually a third party booking agent, Hotel Planner. They stated they answer the phones for the resort in the off-season; however, that is not true. The calls go directly to the reservation manager at the property and this company is trying to say they are at the property and to take customer's money for reservations.
