Got a number from Google for Volaris cancelation services. With just my name and itinerary number they were able to get the total amount we paid for the tickets, and the rest of my traveling parties information, which is why I thought it was legit. They charged me for the "cancelation" with the claim that the previously booked flight total would be reimbursed with 2 billing cycles. Called at the end of the 2nd billing cycle and the number is no longer in service. Called Volaris to double check the cancelation and it was never canceled.
