Purchased a three vacation certificate through Priceless Times which now goes by Resgo. When we purchased it we were told it would expire in 5 years. We were told we could travel with other family members who purchased the same certificate. Not the case! We traveled with them twice. Each booking was a nightmare! If you emailed them they would only answer one question and ignore any other questions. If you called you waited on hold for exceedingly long time periods and there were often times told they were in a meeting and that they would "call you back". They NEVER call you back. We received an email saying our certificate was going to expire in 24 hours. We had only had it for 3 years. I contacted the company and was told they would only honor it for another year. Upon trying to book our final trip we submitted our last request, waited a week, emailed the company, received the email response that they were working on it, waited another 3 weeks, emailed them again, received no response after one week, attempted calling the company, got hung up on, I called back, was told they were in a meeting and would call me back, after two days had not received a phone call back, I called again. At this point the receptionist, Dominic started hanging up on me every time I called. I know he was hanging up on me because I spoke with him, gave him my certificate number and then he hung up on me. I called back, was hung up on again. I called back six times right in a row and he would never speak to me again. They are avoiding me on purpose so they don't have to fulfill the original contract of 3 vacations. My certificate is now expired. I placed my last vacation request 6 weeks before it expired.

My husband had purchased a travel package in 2014. He passed away on August 8th, 2016. I have tried many times to Caribbean Sun Group without success. Now all of a sudden I hear from Resgo.net stating that they had taken over from Caribbean Sun Group even though I had not received any correspondence for a long period of time, even though I had tried to contact them. My husband had paid $984.84 US when he purchased this travel package and I was wondering if there was any way that that money could be refunded.
