The job scam...They offer $20/hr for two hours per day, M-F but you are required to pay them $97 for training via the Internet. I attempted to call but you can only leave a message. They have not responded. I also requested business references via email but no response. They ask you to post information about rental properties on Craigslist. I've seen their postings in many cities/states and the domain was applied for recently. There are also postings for the investment side on Craigslist:

RESGOA, Inc. is a real estate group looking for individuals who are interested in real estate rental income. We purchase homes for the purpose of selling as RENT2OWN properties. We identify purchase opportunities and accept up to 95 investors to join the co-op group on each property. Minimum participation level is $250 and your share of the rental income is proportionate to the percentage of the home you own. Additionally, you own the same percentage of the home's equity.
