They said they had a promotion to reduce my internet bill by $50 if I had signed up for ADT as well, which was $46 a month.
They said it would take 2 months for the changes to take place. It has been 3 months and no one has returned my calls.
I am skeptical that these agents actually work for AT&T and I provided them my AT&T login information.
Now I am locked into 2 years of ADT and my AT&T Internet Bill is the same price. I have a contract saying my bill would be reduced but their end of the deal has not been kept.
No one is responding to my calls for help. I don't want anyone else to get scammed.
