So called “Travel Agency” Company called me and said in partnership with Cosco. Not true. Company said refundable, until they received card info, then claimed non refundable. Company told me to call resort to verify partnership, not true. Website domain name is new and they change website names often. The company name does not display when billed. They use Holiday Billing. They claim to be located in Mexico but domain origin is from Bulgaria. Then I received emails from them with a different name (Sun Wave Vacations)
