We have a timeshare for sale advertised out there, this company contacted me with a supposed offer. It all sounded legit, the contract came over, we needed to send a refundable deposit back to us at closing so we did for $1,999.00. Then we got another contract where we needed to pay the Pending Stamp Tax, which I was very hesitant, but I know we needed to in order to get this resolved, so another check for $2,190.00. This was picked up by Fed Ex on 10/1/20. On 10/8/20 I reached out and was told it was still in underwriting and should be done by the end of next week. On 10/19/20 I called to follow up and emailed both Brittany and Nicole (who first contacted my) and as of today I have not heard back from either one. On 10/23/20 I called Brittany again to find her # disconnected and no forwarding. Nicole's goes straight to VM. I left a generic email on the "Contact Us" site. So my gut is telling me we got scammed being no one is getting back to us.
