We could have donated over thousands of dollars to buy different "kits," but we chose the $30 kit to "adopt" an axolotl for a month as a gift for our grandsons who are infatuated with them. We were allowed to pay through PayPal, but were never asked for a snail mail address for the kit to be sent to. Instead we were given an email (copied below) that said our kit would arrive (where? how?) in 3-5 business days. When six days passed and nothing appeared, I replied to the same email, plus another email for the University in general, asking about it. The website has no other way in which to communicate. I waited several days for a reply, and then resent them another email saying I would report them to NPR and ScamPulse.com if they did not reply in 24 hrs. That is what I am doing today, 72 hours later. We view the money as a lost cause, but which to warn others, including NPR. hank you for looking into this.
