Bait and switch - scam claiming Today Show host Savannah Guthrie has a skin care line and the amount given for the purchase of items was only about $50 - when confirmation of purchase arrives - the amounts are higher than what was agreed to ($215.00). When called to complain and return, told no refunds - when I argued, then they agreed to 25%, then 50%, and then 75% and I could keep the products. They would not give me a 100% refund and let me return the items. I'm going to try and get my credit card company to reject the payments.
