When the item came on 12.30/23, it was nothing like the item described on the website. I immediately requested to return the item, 12/30/23. My email was responded to the same day. A photo of the sweatshirt was requested. I provided three photos of the item that same day. I have not heard anything from them since, today is 1/6/24.
