I created a Resume on this website back in April because I needed one for a job I was applying for. I thought that I had stopped the service after I had got the job, but on August 30th, I was looking at my Credit Card records and found they had been billing me monthly without my knowledge. No emails.. Nothing. On their website, I tried to unsubscribe and remove my credit card information and the website wouldn't let me remove it. I finally got an agent and expressed how upset I was about their fraudulent misguided charges on my Credit Card without my knowledge and they spent over 20 minutes trying to retain me!!! Quite honestly, If you have Microsoft Word you can create just as good or better Resume, etc. for free. They were bilking me almost $25 a month blindly out of my account and I only used the product one day.
