I paid for a $2.95 test to see if I like the service. I did not consent to a monthly fee of $24.95, which they charged me, with no notice. Also the company is supposedly in Switzerland but also shows a US Virgin Islands address on their email.

Today resume Genius ripped me off and charge me $39.95 for services I've never gotten and did not ask for. I paid $1.95 so I could copy my resume and cover letter. I received my receipt with no mention of being charged a $39 fee after 14 days. When I called to complain, the 1st thing she did was say let me give you your confirmation number for canceling and then I'll explain. After she explained I asked for a refund and she became very rude and nasty telling me this was my fault.
