I hired a resume company to write my resume, cover letter, do my linked in and distribute my resume. They took all my money up front and after months of edits and me re-writing their content and then not answering my questions I asked for a new writer. That is when they ghosted me. I tried to file a complaint with bbb but this company cannot be found by the bbb or the San Diego county courts. I also tried to dispute the charge with my cc company ***** but they believed the lies this company told. I have asked the company for my money back or a street address where I can send small claims paperwork but they just ignore me.
