I used this site for a one-time payment of $2.95 for a resume template. They continued to charge me for 4 months of a "resume service" that cost $23.95 per month, equaling a total of $95.80. When I asked for a refund, the customer service representative said they would give me a refund for one month.

This site has this written on the bottom for a location:

Hamilton, Zweigniederlassung Luzern with offices in Luzern Switzerland.
