They advertise that if you pay, you can create and format a resume with their tools. However, the formatting does not actually work and you are charged per "email" to have your resume sent. But no matter what you edit, the resume that they send you is the same.

Customer service is extremely rude and will just cancel your account and refund you the initial fee but not for every email you requested to view the resume.
