They have sent my wife multiple threatening letters regarding collection of false debt. When challenged to provide evidence they attempt to solicit additional personal information about my wife and refer to purchases at Banana Republic. They provide no details about what was purchased or where, and continue to hound her for current personal information, in spite of the alleged purchase occurring in 2016 when my wife was living and working outside the US at the time.

When contacted by phone they continued to threaten damage to her credit unless ransom paid.
