I placed an order with Facebook advertiser, Retaica.com. My credit card was charged for the full amount the day I placed the order. The company advertised that the clothing is made in the Greenwood, IN., USA and shipped from the same location. The shipping date was advertised as 35 day delivery; it was actually 45 days. I received two of the three pieces of the order. They do not fit and the quality is poor and certainly not as advertised. The print design on the clothing I ordered and is not the same as advertised. There is no label in the clothing as required by the US labeling laws with fiber content, the country of origin, the manufacturer identity, and care instructions. The shipping label on the package I received was from Alejandro Ruiz, 1550 Glenn Curtiss Street, Carson, CA 90746; not Greenwood, IN as advertised. The clothing is made and shipped from China or some other foreign country.

On the same day I received the order, I contacted the company by email to request a refund and a return label, per their policy. There was no response. I finally found a telephone number and spoke to someone who said they represented the company and they wanted access to my computer to download the form. I would not let them do that because of a possible scam and he hung up on me. The next communication from them stating that I had already been in touch with my bank and the money had been refunded. The money had not been refunded from my credit card company. So I have two pieces of clothing that I cannot wear, cannot return and paid a total order of three.

After research I found out they cut and paste the models from advertisers such as Vogue to build their website. I also read reviews from others about this company would tell you to keep the merchandise and only give you a portion of your refund. This company does not honor what they advertise and do not honor their own refund policy.

I made a purchase from this online company. Their website states free returns and full refund if returned within 30 days. I have gone back and forth with them since the end of September. They would not refund my full purchase amount. And would not pay for the return postage. They will not talk to me or send any contact phone number. The website states they have a new warehouse in the US. But will not give out that address.

On Sept. 6, I ordered 6 tops from this website which I had seen advertised on Facebook. Since they say on their website that the clothing is manufactured and shipped from Greenwood, Indiana, I was surprised when I received a confirmation email stating that my order would be shipped in 35 days. My credit card was charged the day I placed my order. I received an email on Sept. 24th saying my order had shipped. I sent an email on Sept. 28th inquiring about the status of my order, with no response to date. On Sept. 30 usps.com was still showing that they were waiting to receive the merchandise from the shipper. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I could not find a phone number to call and they don’t respond to emails.

I purchased clothing on a site I saw on Facebook. It specifically says made and shipped in the US. I did receive the clothing which originally came from China. The clothes are cheap and not what was represented in the ad. I contacted them for a return form and started to receive emails offering a small portion of the refund. It started at $15 then w each email reply they increased it to $50. I spent about $100 in items. I finally said ok to the $50 thinking something back is better than nothing. Also they said I would have to pay freight charges to Dubai if I wanted to return the items. I noticed on fb they have several websites and I am going to alert my contacts to this scam.

I ordered 2 tops from Retaica on line supposedly from Indiana. It came from London according to the credit card charge. Tops did not fit nor did I like the material; it was not as advertised. Also on their site, it shows "easy returns" which helped me make up my mind to order them. Wellll, it is not easy at all. I sent an email which is the only form of communication and there are no phone numbers. Like above, I was offered $10 to keep them. I did not want to keep them so they made another offer. Yesterday, I received $30, their best offer, to keep them. However, if I don't want to keep them, I can return to : No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd., Dubai UAE +852 81990571. However, in their return policy, an authorization is needed to return items but now they say to send to address above and give them the tracking number and they will give a full refund after they received the returned package. Do I trust them? Kinda funny, when I googled the +852 81990571, it came up Maladia and I read one of the complaints there. That person was also offered money to keep what was ordered and then was told to return the items ordered to guess where, the same address Retaica said to send theirs. Maybe I should take the $30 offered and give these 2 tops away and just be done with them. I have learned a valuable lesson as well as losing $78 as I doubt if I will get the $ 30 offered! I do hope this will help some other unknowing person.

on August 21st i ordered a couple dresses from this web site. I now find out their overseas in probably asia. I went according to their return policy and avised them since the order was placed under 24 hrs prior i am entitled to a full refund which i asked for. I got a computer generated response telling me my order was cancelled and refund would be coming in a number of days. How many i do not know. When i emailed them and this is the only way to contact there has been no reply at all. This is a Scam. They are part of a network of clothing stores all using different names advertising products they do not produce. Stay away from this site.
