I received a letter on the mail titled lender info:us department of housing and urban devel . Was advised power the letter that they were to inform me about a important matter regarding my property. That the have the right to revoke an allocated wavier. They attacked something that looked like s check but in small wording said it wasn't a check. When I called they said their name was warranty direct company. They said they work with lenders directly and they contact to help decrease costs of repairs. When I advised that i would call the lender they said they probably won't admit to knowing them and continued to sale me on the warranty. I hung up
