Scam!!!

Took months to get a phone. Ordered IPhone 14. When it came it was junk. iPhone 11 parts from phones in China and Ireland. They lied to credit card company and verified they sent me something. Might as well have been a brick. No way to contact. Gave credit card company a phone number…. I called .. no answer and no return from message. Phone number was Jamaica. Bogus again. This company has gone out of its way to look legit. All Scam

Retech Mobile ripped me off for $249

Bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max and never heard from them. Don't ever buy any [censored] from this [censored].

Never received the phone, I thought I will be getting it in 3 days so it's over 3 weeks now, and still waiting. They still operating an online store. Guys! Please do some research before you make any purchases online.

Got ripped of $412.88 CAD for a fake, damaged iPhone 14 Pro max

On Facebook marketplace, I saw what I thought was an opportunity to have a very cheap iPhone 14 Pro max .
I made a fast check on their website and saw reviews from satisfied customers.
I ordered and paid. I received an email from [email protected] with the invoice and confirmation of my order, as a normal merchant would do. I replied asking for information about delivery date. I received no answer. 2 weeks later I received the item.
But ..
1/ The phone was damaged. The frame was open from the top to somewhere in the middle.
2/ The phone does not restart correctly: it was showing a lot of Chinese-like characters and hanging showing a screen with several colors like old-fashioned televisions did
Clearly, it seemed to be a fake iPhone.
I sent another mail to ask how I could return the item and get refunded but received no feedback.
I tried to contact them by the chat (using messenger) available on their website. No one showed up.
I finally made some searches and found this website to realize I have been the victim of a fraud.
I filled a complain with my bank to dispute the transaction on my credit card.
Lesson learned: it was to good to be true! Check, doublecheck before buying.

I received what i thought was an Apple Iphone 14 Pro Max, when i opened it, it looked authentic, so i took it to a cell phone repair shop, it is a FAKE does not have an Apple operating system, setup menus not the same, screen and animations were not the same! Was advised not to use it because the system could be bugged, ie if you load your banking app, they might be able to retrieve your personal info...mine is used as a paperweight...

Can’t use phone

Ordered a phone off Facebook site. Ordered a s20 and supposedly got a s21. Tried to get it activated with straight talk and was unable. Reached out to who I thought was the store and was unable to reach anyone. Phone cost $229

There a SCAM, purchased a Samsung Note 20 ultra 5g from them online and received what was supposed to be a Samsung S21 ultra 5g instead and even it is fake, screen in not the right screen and the the box for it show dual sim 512gb. Phone isn't dual sim slot and it's only a 128GB. Basically a scam phone
