Received email to say trial product was being shipped. Had last four numbers of credit card. I did not order product! Contacted company and they would not give info regarding order, only the date of the order. Advised that it would be shipped and I had 14 days to respond or would be charged for full amount if product was not returned. I contacted credit card company as I was concerned card had been compromised and they would not cancel. They advised I needed a cancellation number from the supplier. They seemed quite familiar with the trial product scam. I will be returning product for sure but will be stuck with shipping to and from. See many complaints on you website.

After having completed a customer satisfaction survey for *** services, I was presented with a choice from a selection of discounted products. As 'Retinolla' was posing as a legitimate business on a safe website, ***, I went on to select to make a one-time discounted payment of Collagenta products. Over the following two months, this company had charged my card over $700, without my permission, under the names 'Myluxserum', 'Lushderm', and 'Dermanolla'.

The products themselves are made in Israel, however the official headquarters of the company claim to be in Cyprus, according to their legal statement at the bottom of their website: https://www.retinolla.com/promo/kit/?ocu&affid=alh&saffid=PrCanada, under article 19. Governing Law. There are other claims on both the 'Myluxserum' and 'Dermanolla' websites that the company is headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic and Romania. The package delivered to me claims to have been sent by a warehouse in Bolton Ontario; presumably stationed for in-Canada distribution. The address of this company in Canada is: Retinolla, 41 PARR BLVD, BOLTON ON, L7E 4E3.
