I ordered two games that I saw advertised on Instagram for Christmas. The posting and the order confirmation had indicated that the delivery would be before Christmas. I contacted them after Christmas to inquire about my order. They indicated that sometimes they get lost and the could reimburse me. So I requested they do that. Then a week and half later I received notice that my order had been processed and would be delivered. I indicated that I no longer needed my order as it is now almost a month after Christmas and I had to buy different gifts. They said that they could not provide a refund now and that I would have to mail the games back at my own expense for them to issue one. I am fairly certain I will not receive the games. The tracking number they provided was for a shipment from China. I had been checking the tracking site regularly and did not see any updates. But after I requested a refund, there are now updates suggesting the order was shipped soon after I ordered it. But this info did not appear until I asked for my money back. I really do think this is a total scam.
