On December 12, 2024, I purchase their products on their website, http://retrogamesofficial.com. Their only means of communication is through their form submission contact on their website and direct messaging via Instagram. To date, I still do not have the name of the person I speak to. That's the first red flag regarding lack of transparency. When the products were delivered, they stopped working on day one. I asked for a replacement, and they refused, indicating that I needed to return the item first. On around January 22, 2025 or January 23, 2025 I did so, and to date, I still do not have the replacement. They also do not give me anything meaningful or any specific updates. It looks like they have absconded with my money.
