I contacted my Credit Karma customer service number to appeal my dispute I made but nothing was done. So I’m taking further steps to get my money back. Everything is pictured below. I called Credit Karma customer service number and had to speak with the supervisor as well as my mom. I don’t remember his name but he told us that he would fix the issue with appealing my dispute. But I haven’t gotten any recent updates about it. This phone call took place on May 8th, 2023 and the call was for 15 min. I have included everything you may need in order to look into this matter. I don’t have a reason to lie about anything. I was charged $219.90 on April 8, 2023 for two play mats I ordered from Revely Kids and as you can see in the pictures I were to receive a refund and my order but I didn’t get anything! These people took my money and I didn’t get nothing I ordered! So yes, I’d like to report them as scammers because this is wrong for them to take my money. I’m a single mother and don’t have money to waste on things I’ve never received. They lied to me multiple times and kept using different names while communicating with me through Facebook messenger. They ended up blocking me and restricted me from messaging them on messenger as you can see in one of the pictures my message didn’t go through. I’ve never done anything wrong nor have I ordered anything from this site before and this was a huge mistake…I saw the ad on Facebook and wanted to buy something for my kids to be able to play on without getting hurt since I have hard wood floors. I can’t stress this enough and tell y’all once again I never received my order from Revely Kids. I want my money back that’s why I’m making a complaint that I was scammed to see what y’all can do about this situation. I’m really upset and disappointed that I didn’t get my play mats I ordered.
