"Katie Williams" offering a job for Revere Pharmaceuticals
I was recently laid off and have been constantly applying for jobs since, so of course I was relieved to wake up to what appeared to be an interview offer, even if it seemed off at first. I didn't recognize the company name as one I had applied with, but then again, I've been sending several applications daily, so I reasoned I could have forgotten one. The offer of $27 an hour for data entry should have tipped me off from the start. Fantastic as it would be, I don't believe for a second that there are any legitimate companies offering a setup like this.
By nature I tend to be fairly forgiving, so at first I overlooked the imperfect grammar, and I have unfortunately already sent her my resume. I haven't received any further correspondence yet, but I'll be cutting it off going forward.
Other reports I've read says she will scam people out of a couple thousand dollars to "send over equipment."
