My daughter tried on her own to get her own place. The person via email contacted her, i believe by a third party when she was searching for housing and stated he had a home on 1212 Willow Street in Austin, TX. He asked for $250.00 down and he'll send her a FedEx package with contract and keys. Anyone can request for a shipping label. I called the number and my call was routed to a google call because I'm assuming it's a made up number as well. I tried to get as much information that i could, but couldn't make out the email address. He's giving address of vacant homes and sending fake pictures of elderly honest looking people carrying a FedEx package.
