On June 12th I saw an ad on Craigs List in the evening about 7-8:30pm and it was for the property at 913 Lakeshore Dr Cincinnati, OH 45231. The ad said it's a beautiful home on a large lot, top to bottom renovations completely. I reported the ad as spam so I can't go into the ad anymore. The ad said about $800 per month to rent and the deposit would be $600, which I thought was unusual. On the Craigs List ad, I hit reply when I hit reply that's when I saw the information to contact him. It had the email [email protected]. So, I emailed the address expressing interest on June 12th at 5:01pm and they responded to me on June 13th at 7:34a.m. and it said greetings thanks for the email, the house is still available, I decided to rent the house because we are going to spend more time in here in Lakewood, Co about 4 years. Let me start by introducing myself I must confess that I am very new in this landlord business, however, my name is Reverend Robert H Knabe. I and my wife own the home the house was a gift to me and family from a member that I pray for and he bought us as a gift and less time in the States so we cannot get a hold of a realtor to handle the rent issue. Although it was when we knew how long we were going to stay in Lakewood, CO we decided to rent the house, however, the initial plan was to sell out the house, which we tried, but sometimes the agent inflates the price and takes longer to sell. The utilities are included in the rent because of this reason and more we need a responsible person that can take very good care of it as we are not after their money, but want it to be clean and for you to take care of it, as if it was your's." He has information listed about the house, says refundable security deposit at $600. Minimum rental 1 month, maximum rental 6 years. He goes on to say tell us about yourself, and has a fake application. He has a little note at the bottom, take note you can only drive by and see my place from the outside, but if you drive by the home, you may see a sign there, there is nothing to worry about, it belongs to our previous agent, so you have absolutely nothing to worry about and don't call that number.
